Accessibility Statement
The Registry's commitment to accessibility, the standard it targets, known limitations and how to request an alternative format.
1. Commitment
The EBRICS Registry should be usable by everyone who needs it, including people who use screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control or a keyboard only.
2. Standard
The Registry aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
3. What we have done
- Every form field has a visible label; errors are announced and linked to their fields.
- All functions can be used with a keyboard, and focus indicators are clearly visible.
- A "skip to content" link is provided on every page.
- Text and interface colours are chosen for sufficient contrast.
- Pages adapt to small screens and to 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling.
- Code seals use an alphabet that avoids confusable characters, and the Registry accepts O for 0 and I or L for 1.
- Destructive actions use an in-page confirmation, not browser dialogs.
- Verification records can be printed with a print-optimised layout.
4. Known limitations
- Document seal checks require uploading a file. If this is difficult for you, the Registry can verify a seal from a document you send by email.
- Emails from the Registry are sent with both HTML and plain-text versions. If an email is hard to read, the plain-text version contains the same information.
5. Feedback and alternative formats
If you have difficulty using any part of the Registry, or need a policy in another format, email compliance@eurabeltfuels.com. We will respond within 5 business days.
6. Review
This statement is reviewed at least once a year and after any significant change to the Registry.
