1. What the Registry represents

The Registry represents only that a verification result accurately reflects the Reserve Ledger at the time of the query, and that the Ledger records the Registry's determinations under the Verification Standard, made with reasonable skill and care on the basis of information and documents available to it.

2. What the Registry does not represent

The Registry does not represent or warrant, and accepts no responsibility for:

• the performance, solvency, creditworthiness or conduct of any principal;
• the existence, origin, title, quality, quantity or availability of any product;
• the truth of statements made in any document, whether or not it carries a code mark or seal;
• the legality, enforceability or commercial merit of any transaction;
• events occurring after the time of a verification.

A tier or Reserve List designation is not a credit rating, an investment recommendation or an endorsement.

3. No advice

Nothing published by the Registry is legal, financial, tax, investment or technical advice. Principals and counterparties should take their own professional advice.

4. Third-party content

Links to external sites, including sanctions lists and regulators, are provided for convenience only. The Registry does not control and is not responsible for their content or availability.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

1. Eurabelt Fuels Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, cargo, demurrage, goodwill or data, however it arises.
2. Eurabelt Fuels Ltd's total liability arising from or in connection with the Registry, in any twelve-month period, is limited to the greater of (a) the fees paid to Eurabelt Fuels Ltd for Registry services by the claimant in that period and (b) GBP 100.00, unless a written agreement specifies otherwise.
3. Eurabelt Fuels Ltd is not liable for loss caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including failures of third-party networks, hosting, email providers or public registers.

6. Liability that is not limited

Nothing in any Registry terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

7. Reliance by third parties

Verification results are provided to the authorised counterparty only. No other person may rely on them, except the counterparty's regulators and auditors examining its due-diligence records.
