Brand & Seal Use

1. The marks

"EBRICS", "EuraBelt Reserves Institutional Codification System", "Reserve Ledger", the Registry ring mark and the Registry's header, footer and seal designs (together, the "Marks") are owned by Eurabelt Fuels Ltd. Applications for registered protection may be pending in one or more jurisdictions.

2. Permitted use

Code holders may:

• place their own code mark and Seal IDs on documents they issue, in the format supplied by the Registry;
• state "Registered with the EBRICS Registry" in their company materials while their code is active.

Counterparties and the press may refer to EBRICS by name, in plain text, to describe the Registry accurately.

3. Not permitted

No one may:

• use the Marks in a way that suggests the Registry endorses, sponsors, recommends or guarantees any person, product or transaction;
• use the Marks while their code is suspended, revoked or superseded, or claim a tier or position they do not hold;
• alter the Marks, or combine them with other names or logos;
• register domain names, social media accounts or company names that contain "EBRICS" or are confusingly similar to it;
• use the ring mark or seal designs on any document not issued through the Registry.

4. Enforcement

Unauthorised use is treated as a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy and may lead to suspension, revocation and legal action.
