Request access · Principals only

Request access to the EBRICS Registry.

For principal buyers and sellers in a Tier 1–4 category that do not yet hold an invitation. Every request is checked automatically before it reaches the compliance desk, and it is lodged only when confirmed from the company's own corporate mailbox.

Eligibility

Who may request access

  • A principal buyer or seller acting for its own account — no one else.
  • A Tier 1–4 principal category: national oil company or state entity (T1); international oil company, refinery or major trading house (T2); principal with an established operating history (T3) or a shorter history (T4).
  • Company particulars: registered company name, company registration number and country of incorporation.
  • Official website and matching corporate email: the email address must be at the website's own domain.

The category indicates the tier against which the company will be assessed. The tier itself is assigned only by the compliance desk after verification.
